We all love new things, right? Whether it’s new bags, shoes, houses, or cars, there’s something about fresh, shiny things that gets us excited!
Personally, I get a thrill every time I get something new for my brand—even if it’s as small as a new set of pins. (Yes, pins! That’s all it takes to make my day.)
And before you call me weird—don’t lie! You’ve got your own little things that make you excited too, right?
Well, in that spirit, here you are reading something *new*! I’ve started a fresh, weekly thing, and we’ll be diving into new topics together. But let me tell you about something even more exciting—something that’s always *new* every morning.
Imagine waking up to a new gift every single day—love notes, sweet surprises, just picture it! (I see some of you smiling already at the thought.)
Guess what? You and I are blessed with something new every morning, too.
Any guesses?
Go ahead, take a wild guess!
Okay, okay—let me spill the tea!
The Bible says, “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning” (Lamentations 3:22-23).
I bet you just sang that in your head, didn’t you? (Shoutout to my morning devotion crew!)
But back to the point: God’s love and mercies never run out. In fact, they’re fresh and new every single morning! Isn’t that amazing?
Every day, you and I get to experience a brand-new outpouring of love and mercy from God. How cool is that? It’s like God has made a daily provision for your entire life, regardless of where you are—close or far—His love is constant.
And His mercy? It’s like a giant reset button, offering forgiveness every single day.
That’s how loving our Father, the King, is. He’s always calling, always ready to shower you with love. And guess what? All you have to do is say yes!
Trust me, accepting God’s love is the best decision you’ll ever make.
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. ~Romans 8: 38-39.
From a baby girl immensely in love with God.
